F*CK or SUCK Protein Roll Would make again! 👨🍳 Ingredients, 1 whole roll ✅ Low Fat Cottage Cheese, 250g, 8.8oz ✅ Eggs, 2 large ✅ Cornstarch, 20g, 0.7oz ✅ Vanilla Protein Powder, 30g, 1oz Filling ✅ Light Mascarpone (or Light Cream Cheese), 50g, 1.8oz ✅ Vanilla Protein Yoghurt (YoPRO or similar), 250g, 8.8oz ✅ Fresh Strawberries or raspberries, 300g, 10.6oz ✅ Sweetener of Choice, to taste 👉 Method 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F). 2. Add cottage cheese, eggs, cornstarch and protein powder to a blender. 3. Blend until completely smooth. 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the mixture into a rectangle shape. 5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until lightly golden and set. 6. Allow the base to cool slightly. 7. Mix the protein yoghurt, mascarpone (or light cream cheese), sweetener and chopped strawberries together. 8. Spread the filling evenly over the cooled base. 9. Add a few extra sliced strawberries if desired. 10. Carefully roll into a log. 11.
