Because of my severe and widespread pain, I am in no way a reliable employee. Every day looks different for me and I need to be adapt each day depending on how I'm feeling.. Some days I can't get out of bed, other days I can do a small load of dishes and shower. I need to change positions from sitting to laying, to elevating my feet about every 30 minutes. I only sleep about 3-4 hours a night because of pain which worsens my brain fog and I can't stay on task.

how about i the intelligence of a 5 year old . I can't stay on task for more 15 mins at a time . and my other child would say I need to be shown at least 10x on tasks but I won't ask for help and won't speak to u . I don't understand more then 1 task at a time

I'm so nervous. when someone asks me a question like this I immediately forget everything I know about myself 😭 my doctor asked me why I think I have mcas and I couldn't tell her because I forgot everything

because im unreliable i have no idea when a flare up will happen and recently the most i can do is take a shower and if i do go to the food pantry i get a severe flare up

Chronic heart failure, with a genetic protein disorder that doesn’t have a cure yet but waiting for trial meds to be available in December 2026 in the uk. Hyperlipidemia type 2, i already got a message from a genetic disease company that deals with this complex condition, lipoproteins and pcos both are genetically inherited. Managing all my meds is a lot more than a full time job. Plus the doctors appointments and chronic fatigue goes with shortness of breath, I got diagnosed with a lot of conditions by social security disability. Most are heart related, still getting more diagnosis every week but boy under social security disability yet. More doctors I see the closer I am to manage my own life’s well being. Thats what my doctors are planing for me.
