The relationship between America and Japan is genuinely one of the greatest cultural partnerships in human history forged through shared history, trade, art, sport, and now the internet. The mutual respect between everyday Americans and Japanese people online is a reminder that people, left to their own devices without media telling them who to hate, actually just want to connect and appreciate each other.
