ibuprofen for the back 600 or 800 mg. it's an anti-inflammatory.. Tylenol may help but it doesn't have anti-inflammatory which u need for back pain.. im going on my 6th back surgery and all my Drs have me take 800mg 2x a day sometimes 3x

Love ya'll!! If you can find it, the little jar of IcyHot is a bit stronger. I feel like it gets deeper but you can also wrap up in a blanket to trap the heat.🥰
