@goodvibescooking: Breakfast Biscuit & Gravy Bake in a Can 🥫🍳 I know… y’all are gonna have something to say about this one. 😂 But hear me out! Creamy sausage gravy, cheesy potatoes, a surprise egg in the middle, and a buttery biscuit baked right on top. This is comfort food at its finest! Recipe: • 1 can sausage gravy • 1 can diced potatoes, drained well • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese • Black pepper, to taste • Garlic powder, to taste • 1 large egg • 1 refrigerated biscuit • Melted butter (optional, for brushing) Preheat your oven to 375°F. Drain the potatoes well and mix them with the sausage gravy, cheddar, black pepper, and garlic powder. Spoon the mixture into an empty, clean gravy can or another oven-safe can, leaving about ½ inch of space at the top. Use the back of a spoon to make a small nest in the center and crack the egg into it. Place a refrigerated biscuit on top, gently covering the opening. Brush the biscuit with melted butter if desired. Bake for 25–35 minutes, or until the biscuit is golden brown and cooked through. Let it rest for 5 minutes before digging in and revealing the surprise inside! #BiscuitsAndGravy #BreakfastRecipes #ComfortFood #EasyRecipes #FoodTok

DO NOT cook thing in tin cans! They are lined with an epoxy resin to protect food from the metal and heating them up causes chemicals (like BPA) to break down into your food.

1st... read biscuit can for opening instructions.
2nd... how did you remove 2 metal can after being in a 375 degree oven bare handed?

Cool. Then you can more easily eat that melted coating that is on the inside of every can.

I drank hot water out of a garden hose as a kid. Eating food baked in a tin can isn’t gonna hurt me.

In amazes me the number of people on here that have to cook in a can because they don’t have any baking dishes. Why would you not just make that in a baking dish?

Yeah, I would highly recommend not doing it in the can because there’s a freshness sealer on the sides of it not meant to be cooked

Besides, the chemicals aren’t the screaming hot when they come out of the oven? How are you not using heat protection?
