The brand floors the appraisal, floors the mortgage, and floors the down payment. In 2008, an apartment owner said her unit's value rose by about 20 million won the summer her building got a fresh coat of paint and a Prugio logo. The chaebol attached wordmarks to concrete starting 26 years ago to charge more for the same square meters. It worked. Now the hierarchy you read on the gate is the thing everyone is buying.
