affordable lawn care \ parts :
bought 1 for my 18 Silverado ltz. didn't know it till I looked but my stp extended life filter was only filtering to approx 40 micron's! I thought it was much lower then that, like 20 micron's. only about a month on my oil change and we will see how dirty my oil is when it's time to change it in approx nov. I'll have to order 1 of these for my 98 k1500 also. I run the same stuff for both other then oil thickness, same brand oil " amsoil " and oil filter ( was stp, now this brand filter since it has better filtration and the magnet. 1 truck is over 180k and other is almost 110k miles. both still run good.
