I am dreadful they took their time and was very patient with her. Yes, it was a misunderstanding, her thinking the manager was assuming she was stealing. On her error, she is playing Big and Bold, to prove she is right because she has a receipt, and they can't give her a transpas charge, cause she feels like she didn't steal and that's not their right. She doesnt understand its not for stealing, its the way she is acting. SHE FEELS LIKE THAT RECEIPT WILL BE TAKEN AWAY WHICH IS HER PROVESHE PAID, NOT UNDERSTANDING, ITS NOT FOR STEALING, BUT FOR HER BIG BAD AND BOLDNESS
