Sandwich Bread (No-Knead, Bakery-Style) Ingredients * 1 tsp yeast * 258g water (about 1 cup + 1 tbsp) * 380g flour (about 3 cups) * 1 tsp salt * 46g softened butter (about 3 tbsp) Instructions 1. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Gently flatten it into a rectangle. Fold both sides toward the center, then roll it into a tight loaf. 5. Place the dough into a parchment-lined loaf pan. Gently flatten it with your hand so it fills the pan evenly. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes. 6. Brush the top with milk. 7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. 8.
