@tibashi1976: #musiclover #genxvibes #oldschoolmusic IS IT OVER by Ronnie Milsap (1983) Is it over, are you really over him Is it over, or will you take him back again If it's over you can let his memory in Come on over, we'll let our love begin. You say you can't count the times that he's hurt you And he's hurt you for the last time Now you say I'm the one that you're needing But is the need in your heart or just in your mind. Is it over, are you really over him

Gyarvi Shareef is a revered occasion observed by many Muslims, particularly within the Ahlus sunnah wal jam’ah tradition, in remembrance of the great saint and spiritual master Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani رضي الله تعالى عنه, also known as Ghaus-e-Azam. He is regarded as the spiritual benefactor of the Qadri Tariqa, a Sufi order that spread from Iraq and flourished throughout the Muslim world. Gyarvi Shareef is traditionally observed on the 11th of Rabi‘ al-Thani (Rabi‘ al-Aakhir). In some communities, the observance of the 11th is also held on the eleventh day of other Islamic lunar months. It is marked by gatherings of remembrance, Qur’an recitation, Fatiha, dhikr, Manqabat in praise of Ghaus-e-Azam, and the distribution of Niyaz or Tabarruk, food shared freely as a means of seeking blessings and offering Isal-e-Sawab. The observance is also referred to as Fatiha-e-Yazdaham, meaning the Fatiha of the eleventh. The Meaning of Gyarvi Shareef Thus, Gyarvi Shareef may be understood as the honoured observance of the eleventh. The Tradition of Gyarvi Shareef According to the traditional accounts preserved within the Qadri Sufi tradition, Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani رضي الله تعالى عنه would distribute food among his students and the needy on the eleventh day, with the intention of offering the reward (Isal-e-Sawab) to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Following his passing (wisaal), his students and spiritual successors continued this practice. They also began remembering Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani رضي الله تعالى عنه, recounting his life, teachings, piety, and spiritual legacy, while reciting Manqabat in his praise and making Fatiha. For those who observe it, Gyarvi it is an occasion to remember the life and spiritual legacy of Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani رضي الله تعالى عنه, to renew one’s connection with Allah سبحانه وتعالى, to send blessings upon the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and to share food and goodness with others. May Allah سبحانه وتعالى grant us sincerity, guide us upon the path of righteousness, and bless us through the love and teachings of His beloved servants.
