Prepare the rice: Warm sushi rice and mix in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. 3. Shape the taco shells: Press a thin layer of rice onto nori sheets and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 4. Bake nori shells: Bake at 400°F for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden. Fold into taco shape and bake another 3–5 minutes to crisp. 5. Cook the salmon: Air fry or bake at 385°F for 6–7 minutes until edges are slightly crispy. 6. Toss in sauce: Lightly coat cooked salmon in the spicy sauce. 7.
