Getting shredded is not worth it… for 99% of people. (Full video on YT). There are many downsides to getting down to extreme body fat levels which is why I’ll always advise against it if you don’t truly understand what you are pursuing. Everyone has a genetic set point and every step beyond that comes with a cost. Even for me, though maintaining lean condition is quite sustainable there’s certainly a point that is “too far”, where the negatives far outweigh the positives. If you think even for a second the answer to your problem (happiness, satisfaction, etc.) is in your physique, you’ll be strongly disappointed once you get there.
