Your tech stack, booking engine, spa scheduling, CRM, access control, either integrates cleanly from day one or costs you years untangling it later. 2. Community outreach isn't a formality. Make your neighbours stakeholders, not spectators. The ones who feel ownership become your first defenders. 3. Some delays aren't yours to fix. Planning, permits, utilities, you don't control the timeline, only how much slack you build around it. 4. The building has a story before you ever touch it. Every layer of its history is brand, is content, is soul, document it before renovation erases the evidence. 5. Budget for zero revenue longer than feels reasonable. Then add 50%. 6. Grants exist. Heritage funding, sustainability retrofits, tourism boards, capital that doesn't cost you equity, if you actually go looking.

Love this. You'll also probably switch systems over time. Every platform has its place at different stages of your hotel journey. The key is having one central "source of truth" where all your data and intelligence lives. Your booking systems are just managers, not the business itself. PKS Ingatkan Putusan MK Soal Ijazah Gibran Tidak Bisa Dianggap Angin Lalu Ketua DPP PKS Mardani Ali Sera menegaskan, bahwa putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) terkait ijazah Wakil Presiden Gibran Rakabuming Raka tidak bisa dianggap angin lalu. Dia mengaku, saat ini PKS tengah berkomunikasi dengan berbagai partai politik untuk membahas putusan MK tersebut.

Dia mengaku, saat ini PKS tengah berkomunikasi dengan berbagai partai politik untuk membahas putusan MK tersebut. "Tentu satu per satu yang sekarang ini kita coba komunikasi politik terlebih dahulu. Karena bagaimanapun keputusan MK tidak bisa dianggap angin lalu," kata Mardani, di Kompleks Parlemen, Senayan, Jakarta, Kamis, 22 Oktober 2026. PKS pun mempertimbangkan, sejumlah langkah untuk menindaklanjuti polemik ijazah Gibran. Salah satunya adalah hak angket yang membutuhkan tandatangan minimal 25 dan lebih dari satu fraksi. Mardani mengatakan, langkah apa yang akan ditempuh nanti, tergantung komunikasi politik yang sedang dibangun. "Tentu opsinya ada banyak ya. Nah, kita lihat hasil dari komunikasi, baru PKS akan menyatakan sikap," ucapnya. Lebih lanjut, Mardani menegaskan, bahwa langkah PKS dalam menyikapi putusan MK soal ijazah Gibran semata-mata untuk menyuarakan aspirasi masyatakat yang mengadu kepada partainya. "Kalau kita lebih kepada banyak sekali masyarakat yang sudah ketemu PKS dan PKS punya kewajiban menyuarakan aspirasi itu," ujarnya. "Karena bagaimanapun kepemimpinan itu dasarnya adalah trust dan trust itu harus diikuti dengan proses yang baik.
