That first video is actually hard to watch. At the time, I didn’t realise how low I was, but looking back, it’s clear I’d lost myself. I was coming out of a difficult situation, my confidence was shot, I was overeating, and deep down, I didn’t feel worth the effort. Fast forward to now… and I see a different woman.
