I really dnt care as a black person, she was not saying it in a disrespectful bruh idk this js my opinion. There is a big difference between the slang version and the 2 original versions, the 2 original versions are insulting and disrespectful but the slang is js something ppl can slip up and say, yes its in a vocabulary she grew up saying it she grew up in the hood ofc it in her vocabulary

This woman literally used the N-word, and some of y’all are still making excuses for her.
I remember her from years ago through people in the Trinidad and Tobago community. There are twin sisters who own a hair salon around Temple Hills, Maryland, and used to host dancehall parties. That’s how I first heard about Mimi. Based on what I’ve heard over the years, she isn’t the person many people think she is.
What confuses me is the double standard. Some of the same people who said they were going to stop supporting businesses that disrespect Black people are still supporting her, even after she used a racial slur.
Having Black children or being in a relationship with a Black person does not make it acceptable to use the N-word. Respect should not be conditional, and accountability should be applied consistently.
If we’re going to stand against racism and disrespect, then our actions should match our words.
