Reme M :
As someone who works for a global tech company and partners with the Anthropic and OpenAI marketing team, we aren’t hosting coffee shop pop ups, that’s typically an activation associated with a larger event. The brand merch launch is also out of scope for an event coordinator. Event coordinators do more of the onsite floor work and logistical items, which aren’t the lead roles that you’ve highlighted.

Me!!! I have a ton of experience in coordinating, planning and executing events! I was the chair coordinator for event planning during undergrad, did my own wedding by myself for 400 people and I host 100+ people birthday parties every single year! I also have a masters degree in healthcare informatics!!

Coming from someone who is part of a Global Events team at a tech company we know the importance of our role because not only do we create the experiences and feeling but we know how to partner with internal stakeholders because we understand the analytics to plan events that will help generate more sales and continue to help a company grow

Becky Levin Navarro :
I own an event planning company in Austin, Texas. The best part is they get hired and manage so many events or need to scale them so these leads then hire companies like mine to work with them. Smart on their part. We do the heavy lifting on the details so they can manage the big picture.
