I just had this problem at a nail salon. They had me get up, grab my things and move halfway across the store while my hands and feet were still wet and then when I complained because they looked shitty, they gave me attitude. Likeeee

That only happened for a little while. When they were still using regular nail polish. now that they basically all use gel, they have you pay after again.

I’ve always paid after washing hands before polish, unless it’s gel then it’s dry upon completion.

Ive always ask to wait until the service is done. Sometimes they will mess up a design or do something different than we agreed on so I’m not paying for something extra they didn’t do. Sometimes things go weird at that stage and they’ll give me a discount. Can’t do that if you’ve already paid!
