Honda Tech here, those engines the 1.5t, 2.0t type r or accord 10th speed, 2.0 hybrid and the 2.0 NA, they blow head gaskets due to a block design, a little coolant passage in the middle of the cylinders and low torque on the head bolts (69 ft lb) and the heat of the turbo or exhaust manifold concentrated in cylinders 2 and 3 makes the gasket material very fragile, there is no official solution yet but if your head gasket it’s already blown if you repair it, install ARP Studs or Inline Pro, to prevent the head gasket to blown again because it will blow again eventually

But they're supposed to be so much better than Hyundai why don't they give a 10 year warranty? Why doesn't why doesn't Toyota give a 10 year warranty? What about the v6 issues?? And 1.5 turbo issues but let's bad mouth KIA and Hyundai

so let me get this straight... car prices went up. Interest rates went up. Manufactures are building complex engines... But everyone from Honda to Toyota to Kia to Hyundai to GM to Ford is having engine issues.

Also keep up to date with maintenance that way it’s easier to get coverage even after the factory warranty thru American Honda goodwill assistance.

Around 80% of the world is now struggling with sleep, but what if we’ve been trying to fix the wrong problem? For years, we’ve been told that poor sleep comes down to our habits, routines and discipline... But Stasha Gominak believes there is a much deeper conversation we need to have about what is happening inside our bodies. Stasha is a Harvard-trained neurologist who spent more than a decade researching sleep after noticing patterns in thousands of patients. She left traditional medicine because she wanted more time to understand the experiences people were having and the questions that weren’t being answered. During our conversation, she shared why she believes listening to patients changed the way she understood sleep, health and the human body. We discussed things like: - Millions of people sleeping enough hours but still feeling exhausted. - The hidden role REM sleep plays in how we think, feel and function. - A surprising link between vitamin D, gut health and sleep. - Modern lifestyles changing the way our bodies recover. - The relationship between sleep, memory and emotional health. - Mistakes people make when trying to fix their sleep. Stasha's whole point is that sleep isn't about hours in bed - it's about what's actually happening in your brain and body while you're asleep. If you’ve been doing
