Should of definitely been held to account by captain sandy, and also written up. Her actual role on the boat includes laundry, she caused the mess on the sheets and its her job to clean it up. saying his older and Should know better, but she's been a chief stew as she keeps saying and this isn't acceptable. Jen was old enough to speak bad about the 2nd being promoted above her, 23yrs old is old enough to be accountable
