I feel bad for him but my goodness, he didn’t get involved at all with her treatment. She cried telling him and her mother that she was having these thoughts and the rocking back and forth crying and he’s like ok I’m going out with friends. Readington clearly debunked the prosecutor about her meds.

No, the point of them going through her notebook is to show that she was a very planned and meticulous and detailed person and that she was with it enough to write all of those notes down.

They are So fucking uninformed about mental health!!!!! She keeps bringing up her being offered daily treatment in the psych hospital. And her declining groups. Okay, the groups are usually on coping skills and med management etc. ppl rarely get individual therapy inpatient. And yes- she was voluntary and didn’t leave ama so someone said she was okay to leave. The 3-5 day stay is typical. Anything longer is rare so the fact that they are trying portray that she just refused some great tx that was offered. The whole purpose of inpatient has become to keep you safe period. The real tx comes at discharge. Mostly because of insurance companies!! Im getting so worked up haha 🥊

I think they are trying to prove she had a control issue with the kids. I thought that was nice when Reddington said that, Patrick’s also working with them so that’s probably why they’re more cordial though. Anything that he says in this trial could affect the civil case. Her meticulous notes what she was taking and how she was feeling I thought were a great example of how freaked out she was about what was happening 😞

Girlll I have a notebook tooo!! I work in mental health and trying to keep a list of all the meds these Doctors had her on. But this ADA asks stupid ass questions and then denies anything Reddington wants to submitt. None of these doctors communicated and it was COVID and people were not taken care of then. Despite the face we are already in a mental health crisis. This case is just gonna get me fired up with this ADA.
