🍂🍎Mini Apple Crisp 🍎🍂 My mini Dutch ovens are Kook Kitchenware! I don’t want to say these are single serve because the recipe makes two mini Dutch ovens, and one could easily be shared by 2 people! Ingredients: 🧸2 honey crisp apples 🧸1/4 cup brown sugar 🧸1 tsp cinnamon(or more I honestly don’t measure :) 🧸drop or two of lemon juice (to keep apples fresh) 🧸1tbsp maple syrup ~crisp topping~ 🧸1 cup oats 🧸1 cup all purpose flour 🧸1 tsp cinnamon (again I just measure with my heart lol) 🧸1/4 tsp salt 🧸1 stick of unsalted butter (8tbsp) 🧸1/2 cup packed brown sugar 🧸1/4 cup granulated sugar 🧸1 tsp vanilla paste (or extract) Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Wash, peel, and dice honey crisp apples as evenly as you can. 2. Mix apples with sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and syrup. When combined evenly distribute into 2 mini Dutch ovens, or a larger baking dish. 3. Combine dry ingredients for the crisp topping in a bowl, and mix evenly (I also add in vanilla during this step). Add in melted butter, you can use a spatula like I did, or you can use your hands to squeeze and combine. 4. Distribute crisp topping evenly on top of the apples in the mini Dutch ovens. 5.
