I love your content! but as others have said, this still seems inflated. 600sqft in my opinion should go for 300k max realistically. if location is mediocre id knock off another 50k.

I have a WAY bigger two bed, two bath apartment with much nicer appliances and finishes downtown and it has a view 10x better than this for $220,000. It’s in Edmonton.
