I knew Justin Scott was using AI because his analysis was inherently vapid combined with his cadence and him making comparisons “it turns this into this” with no real point. It took me a minute but it quickly rubbed me the wrong way.

As someone who has spent countless hours of my life writing and rewriting and revising my own scripts for all my YouTube videos, I obviously think those that outsource all their creativity to ai are cheating themselves out of a lot of fulfillment. But the part about all of this that demoralizes me more then anything is that there’s genuinely people out there willing to lower their standards enough to consume/support ai slop assisted content even after finding out

I go on crazy rants DAILY about academic topics on my private story. Never have I felt the need to look up how to phrase a sentence cause I simply rely on my extensive vocabulary. Obviously if I was creating content I would write rough scripts and go back and re-record lines to make them smother but I don’t need ai to write my script. I feel like I can’t speak about something passionately if I’m reading a script word for word.
