@yxus.real: sometimes it’s not that you’re not enough, it’s that you’re trying to be appreciated in a place that was never meant to recognize what you bring. when you’re surrounded by people who constantly overlook you, doubt you, or make you feel like you have to prove your value, it’s easy to start believing there’s something wrong with you. little by little, their opinions become your inner voice, and you begin to question strengths you never doubted before. but your value doesn’t change because the people around you fail to see it. a diamond doesn’t become less valuable because someone mistakes it for a stone. it simply means it’s in the wrong hands. the right room won’t make you beg to be seen. the right people won’t make you feel like you have to earn basic respect or constantly prove your worth. they’ll recognize your value without you having to shrink yourself or become someone else. so if a place keeps making you doubt who you are, maybe the problem isn’t you. sometimes the greatest act of self respect is leaving the room that was never meant for you and finding the one where you can finally grow.
