לזכר ליאל מרגרט חצרוני בת 12 בהרצחה. לזכר גם אחיה התאום, סבה, ואחות סבה, שנרצחו כבני ערובה של מחבלים בבארי בשביעי באוקטובר. היא ואחיה ילדים יחידים של שירה חצרוני שבמאמץ רב הביאה אותם לעולם, וסבלה פגיעה מוחית בלידה שהשאירה אותה נכה. מאז הילדים טופלו על ידי אביה של שירה ואחותו באהבה רבה, ויום יום ביקרו את אימם וכל קיבוץ בארי תמך בהם. ליאל ילדה עם לב טהור שרגישה לכולם, אולי בגלל הנסיבות היתה תערובת של בגרות וילדותיות, רכות וקשיחות. נשארו הקלטות שלה הקוראות לעזרה למשטרה וידוע שהיתה כה מבוהלת שבכתה במשך שעות עד הרצחה. בתחילה חשבו שהיה זה ירי מכוחותינו שהרג את בני הערובה אך לפני כיומים התחוור שהם נרצחו בידי המחבלים. את גופתה של ליאל לא ניתן היה לזהות ולכן בתחילה נקברה סימלית עם כמה מחפציה. נאלצו להשתמש בארכאולוגים לשם זיהוי ודאי שלה דבר שלקח זמן רב. היש נחמה לאמה שסבלה כה רבות עוד לפני ושילדיה היו אושרה ואביה שחי בחול? ציור לפני צבע In memory of Liel Hezroni who was 12 when murdered at October seventh as a hostage of the terrorists. Also in memory of her twin brother Yanai, her grand father and his sister who were murdered with her. Liel and Yanai, were the only children of Shira Hezroni, who struggeled to get pregnant, and just at their birth she suffered a brain injury and stayed handicapped. Since then both twins were raised by her grand father and his sister with tremendous love and each day went to see their mother. All Beeri kibutz supported and loved them. Liel was a mixture of mature and childish girl, soft and tough as well, probably by the complexity of their lives. She was of pure and good heart and sensitive to all people. Her desperate calls to the police begging to come and rescue them are the last signs of her short life. It was mentioned that she was so frightenen in the last hours of her life that she did not stop crying. Her body was unrecoveable and archeologist helped to identify her. Bahan-Bahan Bahan Utama & Marinasi: 500 gram daging ayam (bagian paha/dada), potong sesuai selera 3 siung bawang putih, haluskan 1/2 sdt merica bubuk 1/2 sdt garam 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk Bahan Pelapis Tepung: 250 gram tepung terigu protein tinggi (seperti Cakra Kembar agar lebih renyah) 2 sdm tepung maizena 1/2 sdt baking powder 1/2 sdt garam & kaldu bubuk Air es secukupnya (untuk pencelup) Bahan Sambal Korek (Geprek): 15–20 buah cabai rawit merah (sesuaikan tingkat kepedasan) 3 siung bawang putih 1/2 sdt garam 1/4 sdt gula pasir 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk 3-4 sdm minyak goreng panas (bekas menggoreng ayam) Cara Membuat 1. Marinasi Ayam Cuci bersih ayam, lumuri dengan bawang putih halus, merica, garam, dan kaldu bubuk. Diamkan di kulkas minimal 30 menit agar bumbu meresap. 2. Penepungan (Teknik Keriting) Campurkan tepung terigu, tepung maizena, baking powder, garam, dan kaldu bubuk dalam satu wadah. Aduk rata (Bahan Kering). Angkat lalu tiriskan. 4. Membuat Sambal & Menggeprek Ulek kasar cabai rawit, bawang putih, garam, gula, dan kaldu bubuk di atas cobek. (Jangan terlalu halus agar teksturnya terasa). Siram sambal dengan minyak goreng yang benar-benar panas mendidih (langsung diambil dari wajan gorengan ayam). Aduk rata. Letakkan ayam crispy di atas sambal, lalu geprek/pukul menggunakan ulekan sampai ayam agak hancur dan menyatu dengan sambal.
