so sorry to hear so many of us have to live with our parents being treated so appallingly that we lose them 💔 sad thing is our kids are going to have to go through same things or worse as the NHS gets worse 😢

my husband was supposed to see his consultant on the Friday, but he had been admitted to hospital. they didnt bother to tell the consultant and said he could come home. I got there too late to see the consultant it was the Friday before spring bank holiday everyone had gone home. my self and our son carried him into the house, we couldn't get him upstairs. he had blood in his urine, we were going to get in touch with the doctor on the Tuesday but he died while me and my son helped him on to the commode. He was 56, he had lost half his weight in 5 months, no diagnosis. His postmortem showed course of death 1, UTI 2 Amyloidosis
