Just a sincere reminder, this isn’t something that has evidence from the Qur’an or authentic Sunnah. The Qur’an wasn’t revealed for us to use the current time or random numbers to receive personal signs from Allah. The Prophet ﷺ never taught us to search a verse based on the clock when we wanted guidance. If we need guidance, we’re taught to make du’a, pray Istikharah, read and reflect on the Qur’an properly, and put our trust in Allah. While the intention behind posts like this may be good, we should be careful not to introduce practices into our religion that Allah and His Messenger ﷺ didn’t prescribe. Islam is already complete, and our guidance is in following the Qur’an and Sunnah as they were taught, not in viral trends. May Allah guide us all to what is correct.
