This kind of information is what's putting some drivers in trouble with police personnels ,they will say this but on the road they'll tell you it's not being passed or implemented, when you give them your lic number they say no,and if it's implemented then why is it different on the road

Sir pls meaning if the person commit an offense den he need to be booked to court how are we going to go by dat ,are we going to impound the vehicle as in retention a the receipt 🧾 so he go and come back to court? Dis law is not going to favor drivers at all 😂😂 because they don't understand wats going to happen some of them are happy.

the explanation should go down well and also stress on the key words; (1) the driver SHALL produce the license number IMMEDIATELY on demand by police officer (2) the driver SHALL produce the ORIGINAL license within 24 hours on demand by police officer
