Most women I coach spend plenty of time training glutes, abs, maybe a bit of arms… but back training is often inconsistent or skipped altogether. Over time, that imbalance shows up as rounded shoulders, neck tension, and everyday tasks like carrying bags or lifting objects feeling harder than they should. Your back isn’t just about how it looks. The muscles of your upper and lower back support your spine, stabilise your shoulders, and help distribute load properly through your body. When your back is strong, movement feels more efficient, lifts feel more stable, and injury risk is reduced. Rows, pulldowns, and deadlifts aren’t “extras”, they’re foundational. If you’ve been avoiding them, this is your sign. Train your back. Support your posture. Build strength that carries into real life. And if you need guidance, I coach women online and in person🙋🏼‍♀️
