Tokyo Ghoul – A Detailed Overview Tokyo Ghoul is a Japanese dark fantasy manga series written and illustrated by Sui Ishida. It was serialized in Weekly Young Jump from 2011 to 2014 and later continued with the sequel Tokyo Ghoul:re (2014–2018).
