Add blended veggies 2 1/2 cups Beef Broth/stock + 3 Cups Water 4 Bay Leaves 1 Tsp Mexican Oregano Cinnamon Stick 2 Tsp Onion Powder 2 Tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tsp Salt 6 whole cloves 1 Tbsp Peppercorn 1 Sprig Rosemary 2 Sprig Thyme 2 Cubes Beef Bouillon 1 tsp Adobo Let simmer until meat softens and falls apart (Shred meat then add back into consome) Assembly: Dip choice of tortilla into consome then into pan (medium heat, I used a flour tortilla) Low fat cheese Beef Cilantro Raw Onions Lime Macros primarily depend on the choice of meat, and cheese- use a lean red meat cut + low fat mozzarella cheese to keep it macro friendly
