ندم... ندم على كل مرة سكتت بيها حتى ما أزعل أحد، وعلى كل دمعة نزلت مني وأنا أكول باچر تتصلح الأمور. ندم على كل شعور حلو عطيته بصدق، وانكسر بيد ناس ما عرفت قيمته. ندم على ليالي طويلة ضاعت بالتفكير، وعلى أحلام رسمتها ويا ناس اختفوا بنص الطريق وكأنهم ما كانوا يوم جزء من حياتي. ندم لأن صدگت وعود كانت مجرد كلام، وانتظرت أفعال ما إجت، وتمسكت بأشخاص كانوا يتركوني بكل مرة أحتاجهم بيها. ندم على كل فرصة ضيعتها وأنا أحاول أرضي غيري وأنسى نفسي، وعلى كل مرة سامحت بيها أكثر مما أستحق أتأذى. بس أكبر ندم مو على اللي راح، أكبر ندم على الوقت اللي ضاع مني وأنا أحاول أصلح شي كان مكسور من البداية. ندم على كل لحظة شكيت بيها بقيمتي بسبب تصرفات غيري، وعلى كل مرة حملت روحي فوق طاقتها حتى تبقى قوية قدام الكل. واليوم إذا أسأل نفسي شنو تعلمت من كل هذا؟ أگول تعلمت إن مو كل الناس تبقى، ومو كل حب يدوم، ومو كل وعد ينوفى. تعلمت إن القلب الطيب لازم يعرف حدوده، وإن الوفا إذا راح للمكان الغلط يتحول لوجع ما ينسى. ندم... كلمة صغيرة، بس وراها ألف قصة وألف ذكرى وألف حسرة. ومع هذا كله، أبقى مؤمنة إن كل وجع مرّ علمني درس، وكل خيبة قربتني أكثر من نفسي. يمكن الندم يوجع، بس يبقى أهون من إني أكرر نفس الغلط وأعطي ثقتي للي ما يستاهلها.

Will it help you build momentum or just add another plate to spin? These are the questions we use when it comes to decision making in our agency. Especially since there are 3 decision makers in our team. And there are times when our choices and opinions differ.
