if you haven't already gotten her checked, looks like she might have feline herpes (not like std herpes lol) her eye is an indicator. its common in strays, pound cats and totally no threat to your doggo, stress is the biggest flare up. we just rescued a kitten with it & had to get her eye ointment at the vets because of a secondary infection which often happens. she's a cutie!
