For the mom struggling to believe it is possible for her, this is your reminder that with consistency & loving your body every step of the journey you will get there!! And tbh I’ve been blown away by the results from showing up more frequently for less time - I usually do 30 min at home pilates with my kids from my app @sweatystudio & pair with 30-60 min stroller walks OR interval treadmill walk at night & heavy weights. For food, I’ve been working on a slight caloric deficit prioritizing balanced, protein packed meals. Alsooo sleep is a huge factor (Ik it can be so hard in this season but if you can try to go to bed 30 min earlier).
