this is also a carry. they actually called carrys in the 90's. kids today cant dribble without carrying. its so bad the league doesnt even call it anymore. commissioner silver has admitted they relaxed enforcement on on offensive restrictions in order to increase scoring and freedom of movement by the ball handler. try doing these same moves when you're only allowed to touch top of the ball and let me know how that works for you.
