Brain fog is totally normal for postpartum. It goes away over time.

I got a gym membership. The childcare was free for 2.5 hours. It was such a blessing. I was able to work out, shower, do my hair any makeup and feel good about myself. The gym daycare had a really good staff, and I completely trusted them. The main lady had a teenage daughter that would actually come to my house and babysit for me.

I pray against it but please talk to a professional if things get difficult. Not everyone is the same I know but please seek postpartum help if you need it 🙏

My biggest advice, coming from Europe (Sweden) co-sleep. We do this in Sweden, it’s the most biological thing to do, animals do it and we do it. Kids want their mother close the first time in their lives, it’s hormonal och to feel safe. All of moms in Sweden co-sleep, and you get to sleep to. There is safe ways to do it, like having a nest in the middle etc.

Gold Dial Soap!!! when I was postpartum I swear I felt so funky all the time. my armpits, the night sweats, that dried milk smell 😵💫. Gold Dial was the only thing that had me feeling fresh.

My hairstylist said do not drive with a clip in the back of your hair, if you get hit when you're driving it'll do major damage. so move it to the side if you are driving!
