My parents owned 8 different homes in their lifetime. My parents are retired and happy renters. The landlord does all of their repairs. They don’t miss owning.😂😂😂

My fiance and I bought an affordable 800 sq ft house and our mortgage is under $1k and def better than a big house in a lot of ways but we love owning and being able do what we want to it but renting I think is better for people who want little to no maintenance and everything is taken care up by the landlord

After owning a couple homes I can say that owning a home only makes sense if you need the space for family. It’s definitely not an investment vehicle.
