Peter Grossman was a defendant in the lawsuit because his wife’s SUV was registered in his name. Erickson, a retired Major League Baseball pitcher, was speeding in a separate vehicle near his girlfriend Rebecca Grossman when Grossman struck the Iskander brothers as they were in a marked crosswalk with their mother and younger brother near Westlake Village on Sept. 29, 2020. Both Erickson and Grossman had been drinking alcohol, and witnesses said they appeared to be racing their Mercedes-Benz AMGs. But if you're asking me to recite your verbiage right now, I have difficult time with that." Cotton struck the "comments" as non-responsive. "Can you try to answer my questions, please?"
