Replying to @Meg 🏡 Real Estate 💰 Being at every showing doesn’t make you a better agent… And I know that’s not a popular opinion. 👇 Someone commented on my video and said: 👉 Me not attending every showing = not doing my job properly I completely disagree. Because this isn’t about effort… 👉 It’s about effectiveness. Yes—the house is my responsibility. Yes—I want the best outcome for my seller. But here’s what matters most: 👉 The buyer’s experience inside the home. When buyers walk through a house, they need: ✔️ Space ✔️ Freedom to talk ✔️ A chance to react in real time Because buyers say things to their agent they would NEVER say out loud otherwise. And that matters. Because if I don’t hear those objections… 👉 I can’t help solve them. But if I’m there? Now they’re guarded. Now they’re filtering what they say. Now the dynamic is different. And I’m telling you— Buyers say this ALL the time: 👉 “I feel uncomfortable when someone is there.” So this isn’t about avoiding work. 👉 It’s about creating the best environment for the home to sell. That’s the job. Now—side note— If my seller really wants me there? 👉 I will absolutely do it 👉 Or I’ll check the property after every showing But after I explain this… Most of them understand. ⸻ So I want to know— Do you prefer the listing agent (or seller) there during a showing… Or would that make you uncomfortable? 👇 #realestatebestie #casperwyomingrealestate #alishacollins #realestateadvice #homeseller
