You’re leaving out gods responses to his prayers, god never actually answers why the evil exists, he just says whats going to happen to them. Habakkuk accepts gods answer and doesnt question it further, which he shouldve because god doesnt actually answer his questions. It reminds me of what my grandmother (who has been a Christian her whole life and worked at a church for decades) said “u dont need to understand, u just need to have faith” or “u need to put logic aside and just have faith” both of the things she said is bullshit.
