Transfer the chicken to a plate. In the same pan, sauté the onion, then add the tomatoes, bell pepper, Khmeli Suneli, paprika, salt, sugar, and black pepper. Return the chicken to the pan and simmer for about 2 hours. Finish with finely chopped garlic and fresh cilantro. Chakhokhbili 🍗🇬🇪 Pollo entero – 1 kg Cebolla – 1 Tomates – 4 Pimiento – 1 Khmeli Suneli – 1 cucharada Pimentón – 1 cucharada Ajo – 3 dientes Cilantro fresco Sal Azúcar Pimienta negra Corta el pollo en trozos pequeños y dóralo bien por todos los lados. Resérvalo. En la misma sartén sofríe la cebolla, añade los tomates, el pimiento, el Khmeli Suneli, el pimentón, la sal, el azúcar y la pimienta.
