EASY GÂTEAU AU YAOURT 🇫🇷🍰 The first cake every French kid learns to bake. No scales needed, the yoghurt pot is your measuring cup. Soft, simple and impossible to mess up. 📍SAVE this for an easy bake INGREDIENTS 1 pot (125g or 1/2 cup) plain yoghurt (use the empty pot or 1/2 cup to measure the rest) 2 pots granulated sugar 3 pots plain flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1 pot vegetable oil (or light olive oil) 3 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract STEPS Preheat oven to 180°C fan (350°F).
