She’s the secret sauce to a tight body and I feel genuinely feel bad for people that don’t live in Miami and can’t experience her classes. It’s also a mixture of being an athlete and lifting since I was a child, genetics and working out every day (Pilates and lifting and/or walking). #workoutroutine #pilates #pilatesworkout #legs #healthylifestyle
