Most likely a child didn’t pass there. Nor is it built over a graveyard. Spirits are able to wonder but most choose not to leave the area they passed or where they are put to rest. But children spirits get lost. That’s why you may find them in places that don’t make sense or playgrounds. Bc they are familiar to the child and they may feel safe there.
