Continue cooking another 7-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Add the beef back to the skillet and stir everything together. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half. Layer 6 slices of provolone cheese on the bottom, add the beef mixture, then top with the remaining 2 slices of provolone. Place the tops of the rolls on. Melt the remaining 1 tbsp butter and brush over the tops. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden.
