my husband and i were in a horrific car accident in January. my husband passed and I almost died but had obviously serious injuries. his boss contacted me last week, not to see how I was doing but to see if knew anyone qualified for my husband's position as hes still looking to fill it...you know the position thats vacant because MY HUSBAND DIED.

My job impulsively fired me one day. I had a magazine that took over a month to build, 3 company t-shirt designs for upcoming celebrations, and all the merch made for the company’s biggest celebration on my computer. As I walked out of my office IT walked in to wipe my files. I knew they didn’t have any of those designs for those important upcoming dates. They had to use designs from years past and they did not have a magazine that quarter. The director was shortly then replaced. I LOVED THE KARMA!!

A job wouldn’t put me on the schedule bc my teacher jumped on me in the 4th grade and the police record showed up under my name for idk why fr 🫤 THEN A MONTH LATER asked ME about the “great ideas” I had to help the students learn the topics that I’d researched and tied evidence to bc that’s how lesson plans are made 😂😂😂 if employers have nothing, they have audacity 😂

I had a former supervisor message me on LinkedIn after they'd fired me asking if I'd come back for a week as a courtesy to help train my replacement. When I responded by sending them a pretty standard consulting rate, I was told they essentially thought I'd do it for free since the company was family. I ended the conversation by saying that no, it was more like going through a breakup with a toxic ex & realizing your life is better without them

they laid off me, I came back as their consultant. They never listen to my free recommendation during my employment but now they paid a lot for them in consultantation fee. I swear that the bigger the corporate is, the less people know what actually happen.

I was fired in the morning. I packed up. Boss asked where I was going. I said I’m leaving because he fired me. He said he still had work that needed to be done before I left- he meant I was fired at the end of the day. I said he should have fired me later and left.

"We're still a team here..." Oh naw. $800/hr. Must be at least 2hrs. $500 deposit required to start work. Not included in the cost of the total job. If total payment not received within an hour of project completion, project will be deleted. 🤣
