I am always handing out my homemade Marshmallows because I am convinced they taste better than conventional/store bought Marshmallows. AND they are actually good for your health - they contain Grass fed, Beef Gelatin to provide a great source of collagen (No, they don't taste like beef!) Naturally sweetened, the perfect snack, and melt perfectly in hot beverages. Full recipe below⬇️ 1/2 cup filtered water 1/2 cup 100% Maple Syrup (can sub for raw honey) 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste 2 T Grass Fed, Beef Gelatin In your Stand Mixer Bowl, add the gelatin and 1/4 cup of the water. Give a quick stir and let it sit for a few minutes to bloom. While that blooms, add the Maple Syrup, Vanilla, and rest of the water to a small saucepan. Cook on medium to high heat until it reaches a temp of 220-240 degrees. Stir continuously. Once brought up to temp, pour into the mixer bowl with the gelatin. Mix on high speed for about 8-10 minutes until it reaches a marshmallow cream consistency (if you mix it for too long, it will be harder to scoop out as it will already start to harden up and get sticky). Pour into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Place in the fridge to set for about 30-60 minutes. Cut into cubes and store in a ziplock bag or container and enjoy! #pcos
