Pt.2 | My Ramadan dessert menu 🌙 Recipe below 👇🏼 For all my tiramisu lovers 💌 🤎 Ingredients * 175g ladyfingers * Milk or cooled coffee (for dipping) * 250g mascarpone * 250mL double cream * 40g sugar * 2 heaped tbsp hazelnut cream * 4 Kinder Bueno bars (2 for the cream, 2 for the middle layer) * Extra hazelnut cream (for layering) * Crushed hazelnuts (for decoration) 🤎 Method 1. Whip the double cream, mascarpone, sugar, and hazelnut cream together until thick and smooth, forming medium stiff peaks. 2. Gently fold in 2 crushed Kinder Bueno bars. 3. Quickly dip the ladyfingers into milk or coffee and arrange in your dish. 4. Spread over half of the cream mixture, then sprinkle over the remaining 2 crushed Kinder Bueno bars and drizzle some hazelnut cream. 5. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers and spread the remaining cream on top. 6.
