Million Dollar Spaghetti 🍝  (RECIPE BELOW) Meat sauce ingredients: 1 24 oz jar of spaghetti sauce of your choice (you can also use homemade sauce) 2 tablespoons of butter 1 green bell pepper  1 red bell pepper 1/2 yellow onion 1 15oz jar of crushed tomatoes 1 lb of ground beef 1 lb of hot (or mild) Italian sausage 1 clove of garlic (minced) Alfredo sauce ingredients: 1 8 oz block of cream cheese 3 cups of heavy cream 3 cloves of garlic (minced) 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese 4 tablespoons of butter 2 cups of mozzarella cheese (for topping) Instructions: 1. Boil 1 box of spaghetti noodles until al dente. 2. To a pan, melt down 2 tablespoons of butter and add in the bell peppers and onion and cook until fragrant. Add in the garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. 3. Add in the ground beef and Italian sausage and cook until brown before adding in the crushed tomatoes and the spaghetti sauce. 4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, ranch seasoning, and black pepper. 5. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. 6. While simmering add in 4 tablespoons of butter to a separate pan and stir in the minced garlic once the butter has melted. 7. Add in the heavy cream, and cream cheese until cream cheese is fully melted before adding in garlic powder, onion powder, cajun seasoning, and black pepper. 8. Mix well then stir in the Parmesan cheese. Once combined stir in the spaghetti noodles and mix until the noodles are coated. 9. To a non stick 9x13 dish, add in the sauced pasta. Top the pasta with the meat sauce and cover the top with the mozzarella cheese. 10. Bake on 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until top is golden and bubbly.
