Hide the taskbar and icons, just makes it look cleaner imo, I’d also get a mouse pad and monitor arm

Aside from the second monitor and mousepad suggestions, you have a bit of a difficult location with that window right there because it ruins any chance at symmetry unfortunately. As for further suggestions, it really just depends on your style. If you like a cleaner more minimal aesthetic, perhaps just painting that wall as an accent color or finding a cool design to paint on that wall would be just right. If you prefer more visually going on, you could look for more wall decor and if you’re going for a Minecraft theme, lean into the window being there by buying or making some stickers that make your window panes look like Minecraft glass. (If buying try to find size closest to the size of each window pane). Additionally, I saw someone the other day make Minecraft wall tiles and even hanging vines with I believe just paper and that could be a really cool way to add a cozier effect with the hanging vines if that’s what you like.

Yeah i have to agree with the pad and monitor comments. The desk looks too left side heavy. But that all looks. Performance wise, honestly you're good as is.
